How to track my package?

Once your order is shipped, our system will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to DHL,UPS or other delivery companies' website and you will know where your package is.

Note: If you order is more than one item, there may be a case that we will ship them separately. Thus, we will keep you informed and make sure you willreceive your items completely.

    If you paid this order, please feel free to send us the payment receipt as attachment at service@floralday.com to update your order status once payment has been confirmed.

    If your order was refunded, refund will take up to 48 hours to appear on your card statement. In rare cases, it may take up to 14 days max depending on your bank or payment service.
    *If you paid by debit or credit card, the money will be refunded on the bank account linked with the payment card used.

    How can I check my order status?

    How can I track my package?

    How can I know the estimate delivery date?

    Currently the total delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.


    Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. The item(s) will be shipped within 7 days.

    Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.


    You can choose Expedited Shipping (3-6 business days) and Standard Shipping (7-30 business days) to ship your item(s). The shipping time may vary in different countries. Thanks for your understanding.

    What should I do if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?

    If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for the return.


    When submitting the ticket, please provide a description of the item, item code and a few pictures to prove your problems.

    How do I exchange it for a different size if my item is not fit?

    We are sorry that your item doesn't fit the way you wanted. You can definitely exchange it for a different size within 14 days of your item arriving. Please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days to initiate the process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Why I did not receive any Order Confirmation or get a reply for my email from you?

    After you complete the payment,an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. As for contacting us, once you send us email or contact us via our online form, our service team will send you the reply as soon as they get your inquiry.


    If you did not receive the order confirmation email or our reply, please kindly check the spam folder of the email you used to place order or contact us. If you do find them in your spam folder, please add our email address to your white list.
