Why I do not receive your reply within 24 hours?

Our customer service are glad to solve your problem. If you do not receive a reply with 24 hours, please check your spam box. Or you can log in your account on Floryday, click "My Inquiries" to check the response.

Why I did not receive any Order Confirmation or get a reply for my email from you?

After you complete the payment,an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. As for contacting us, once you send us email or contact us via our online form, our service team will send you the reply as soon as they get your inquiry.
