At Floryday, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we've got you covered! Please SUBMIT RETURN within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.



Return Process


How to make a return?

1. Sign into your Floryday Account.

2. Find the order in My Orders click the “Worry-Free Return” button.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

4. Choose the return method you prefer and print out the return documents as guided.

5. Package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing, and make the return as instructed on the return label and guidance.

6. Most returns are processed within one week after we receive your package.

Click “My Orders” → Click “Worry-Free Return” → Click “Return Result” to download the return label.



Return Conditions

1. Please Submit Return within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. Once the returned merchandise is received, your money will be refunded back to you. For return with our return label, return postage will be deducted from refund directly. Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

6. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Floryday products.
